Return Policy

Soooo ... these hats are all painstakingly produced one at a time, they are all one of one and they take an enormous amount of time and attention to detail. With that said, we cannot accept returns so study the pictures carefully and make sure you are picking what you want.

This means all sales are final. However, what we can do is offer an exchange for store credit if you are truly unhappy with your purchase. The terms for an exchange are as follows:

• You notify smyk@smyk.studio within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to exchange
• You ship back at your own expense using a TRACKABLE shipping method
• The item you return is in unworn condition with no weird smells or stains and doesn’t look like it was trampled by an elephant – in other words, it must be in the exact same condition as when it left the studio for shipping
• There are no exceptions to these terms
